Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CryptoVote platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.
Description of Service
CryptoVote is a blockchain-based voting platform that allows users to create and vote on proposals using their Solana wallet. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
User Responsibilities
As a user of CryptoVote, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating proposals
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the platform
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Wallet Connection
To use certain features of the platform, you must connect your Phantom wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and for all activities that occur under your wallet address.
Content Guidelines
When creating proposals, you agree not to submit content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Promotes illegal activities or violates the rights of others
Intellectual Property
The CryptoVote platform, including its logo, design, and content created by our team, is owned by CryptoVote and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CryptoVote, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
Blockchain Transactions
All votes and proposals submitted through CryptoVote are recorded on the Solana blockchain. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, these transactions are irreversible and cannot be deleted or modified once confirmed.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoVote is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
